Monk Fighting Style

Through rigorous training, you learn two of the six martial arts styles.

If you fight unarmed (or with one weapon of the fighting style's choice) and do not wear armor or a shield, you receive the following benefits:

  • You are treated as having a light weapon in the off-hand - this weapon is your unarmed strike. You do not receive the benefits of the Two-Weapon Fighting Talent as it is a unique fighting style.

  • Your unarmed attacks deal damage listed in the fighting style and you can use the key attribute instead of strength when attacking.

  • You can also fight fully unarmed. You are then treated as fightning with two light weapons.

As in figtning with two weapons, your off-hand unarmed attack can strike only with a Hit Strength of 1.
