Inspire
You can inspire an ally by expending one Focus Point. Once during the following minute, if the target performs a test requiring a d20 roll, you can roll an additional die and add it to the result. You can wait until the d20 roll has been made, but before the action succeeds or fails.
You can also use Inspire as a reaction while the target is trying to perform an action (even after the roll has been made).

You roll an additional d6.
You roll an additional d8.
You roll an additional d10.
