Anything that counts as a movement. Every character has a resource Movement Speed that determines the distance they can move on their turn. Most races (such as human) have Movement Speed of 8 meters (or 4 spaces).

Move

You move a distance up to your combat speed. You can divide your movement, meaning you can move, attack and move again.

If you move out of reach of a hostile creature, you provoke an Attack of Opportunity.​

Difficult Terrain

Move

If you're on Difficult Terrain your movement speed cost is doubled.

Careful Step

You move carefully 2 meters (or 1 space). This movement action does not provoke an Attack of Opportunity and can be used to disengage from melee combat. This movement type costs you all your movement speed.

Fall / Stand

You either fall prone or stand up from prone. This movement type costs you 4 meters (or 2 spaces).
